Boğaziçi Urban Planning Building

İstanbul ili Sarıyer ilçesinde bulunan 386 Ada 5 Parsel de bulunan mevcut Boğaziçi İmar Müdürlüğü binasının yerine yapılacak olan yeni Müdürlük Binası için hazırlanan projedir. Atatürk Kent Ormanının bir parçası olan arsanın yoğun ağaç dokusuna sahip durumu kütlenin şekillenişi açısından en önemli faktör olmuştur. Ağaç rölevesinin alınmasından sonra, mevcutta zabıta birimlerinin olduğu alan tasarım alanı olarak seçilmiştir. Yapı izini oluşturuken hiçbir ağaç grubuna müdahale etmemek esas alınmıştır.

This is the project prepared for the new Directorate Building, which will be built in place of the existing Boğaziçi Development Directorate building located on 386 Island 5 Parcel in Istanbul and Sarıyer district. The land, which is a part of the Atatürk City Forest, has a dense tree texture and has been the most important factor in shaping the mass. After the tree survey was taken, the area where the police units were currently located was selected as the design area. While creating the building trace, it was taken as a basis not to interfere with any tree groups.

Vaziyet planında ana bina ve zabıta birimi olarak iki kütleye ayrılan tasarım, orman patikasıyla bütünleşen bir promenade kurgular. Yalın malzeme paletiyle orman dokusuna eklemlenen yapılar, doğal çevrenin ve peyzajın bir parçası olarak kendini var eder.

Split into two masses as the main building and police unit, the design forms a promenade integrated with the forest path. With a simple material palette, the structures blend into the natural environment, functioning as organic elements of the landscape.

Zabıta birimi iki katlı kurgulanmış olup üst katında kampüse hizmet veren genel bir yemekhane barındırır. Teknik kurgu, orman yürüyüş aksları ile idari sirkülasyonu dengelerken, ağaç rölevesine göre şekillenen yapı iziyle mekansal verimlilik sağlar.

The two-story police unit features a central cafeteria on the upper floor. The technical layout balances forest paths with administrative circulation, ensuring spatial efficiency through a building footprint shaped strictly by the sensitive tree survey.
